Terms & Conditions

 By making a booking you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

 Prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include GST.

 Burilda Waters is a non-smoking establishment and pets are not permitted.

 The accommodation is for 2 adults and no other person (s) are permitted to remain on the property overnight.

 Due to the overhead costs incurred for online booking, a cancellation fee of 25% applies to all online bookings.  If your booking is cancelled within 48 hours of your stay a 50% cancellation fee applies.  All bookings are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.  You must be the credit card holder to make a booking.

You agree to lock up the premises fully each time you leave the property.  The front door locks automatically, so you must ensure that it is fully closed each time you leave.  The upstairs patio doors and all windows must be locked, as well as the downstairs windows and the back patio door.

The upstairs rooms are accessed via a stairway and disabled access is not provided.

 Theft and Property Damage:

You are prohibited from giving your Access Code to any other person (s).  You will be held liable for any loss incurred by the owners of the property where the loss occurred as a result of you divulging your access code, (whether intentionally or unintentionally), to any other person (s).

Just prior to your arrival and immediately after your departure, our cleaning contractor inspects the property for damage and conducts an inventory of all items within and around the main property and any outer buildings such as sheds, etc.

Any theft from, or damage to the property will be investigated and you will be liable for the associated costs if you are found to be responsible.  The owners of Burilda Waters, reserve the right to debit your credit card for these costs.
